This month we will meet on Tuesday 28 February at 3 pm. The meeting point is lecture hall 05.01 at the Institute of Physics.
The idea for this monthly meeting is to give you an introduction to numerical simulation in electromagnetics. A brief agenda is as follows
- An overview of the main numerical methods in electromagnetics (FEM, FDTD, and MOM)
and available software on the market that works based on these methods. - Key steps for simulation of a physical problem in COMSOL Multiphysics
- Simulation of some interesting physical problems
